Condom Kingdom - Anonymity

Condom Kingdom regards your anonymity seriously. Unless you are an Account Member or Subscriber we do not store your personal details, including credit card details, name, email addresses or delivery addresses. Once your order details are complete all information is deleted, excluding the Order reference number, which is only known by you! You will NEVER recieve unsolicited emails from our site.

All email correspondance, including E-cards and Shipping Information will only be sent from service@condomkingdom.com.au.

To enable us to confirm credit card details for refund or freight purposes we do store certain details of your credit card, however only the first and last 4 digits. If we need to supply a refund your card is verified, refunded and then all relating details are again deleted.

All of our orders are plain wrapped and packaged to ensure the contents remain unknown to the handler. Return address labels DO NOT mention Condom Kingdom. All return address labels are plainly marked and only include our return address details. 

If you are using a Money Order to purchase goods you are not required to use your actual name though we do require a first name or alias for shipping purposes. Once you have purchased a Money Order from Australia Post please send it to the address that we email Money Order customers. Once we recieve the Money Order payment we will dispatch the goods to the address you provide.
