Condom Kingdom Returns Policy

We understand that buying through an online Internet store can be a little scary for some and for most of us it is sometimes difficult to really tell what a product is like.

We want to make your experience as comfortable as possible, so we will offer you a 7 days, no questions asked return policy:

  • If there is anything wrong with the product… send it back.
  • If the product is not exactly how you imagined it to be… send it back.
  • If the product is too big or the wrong colour… send it back.

We will refund your account in full and we will refund your postage if it is our fault.

Why? Well for Condom Kingdom online to be a success, we need you to come back and also tell your friends about us.

Please note that because of the personal and hygienic nature of some of our products, by law there are some guidelines to how we must process certain returns. If it is a genuine return however you will have no problems:

  • The product CANNOT be opened AT ALL! This is very important. The packaging must remain completely sealed and show no signs of contact with humans or tampering. Any sign at all will result in the product being shipped back to the customer and no refund will be provided.
  • DVDs cannot be returned (due to piracy laws)
  • Blow Up Dolls cannot be returned (people can deliberately put pin holes in the dolls and try to return)
  • Any Food consuming item cannot be returned.
  • Condoms and Lubricant cannot be returned (TGA laws)
  • Lingerie
    • All returns are to be notified within 7 business days of purchase either by email or phone prior to returning. Instructions on returning will then be provided.
    • The garment must be UNWORN (health and hygiene laws)
    • The garment cannot be laundered or dry-cleaned
    • The garment must be placed back into the original packaging and returned in the condition it was sent (so please take care when first opening the item)
