DISCREET SHIPPING
Condom Kingdom provides a completely safe and discreet shipping policy. Your privacy is paramount and every order is plain wrapped and packaged to ensure your goods arrive undamaged with the contents being unknown to the handler. All return address labels have no reference to Condom Kingdom and include our return address details. 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Condom Kingdom offers a FLAT RATE delivery of $9.99 for all orders Australia wide. For postage and handling within Australia Condom Kingdom uses Australia Post Express and all prices are calculated from the Australia Post website. Once you have purchased your items you agree to this charge.

All orders over $150 will be shipped FREE!

All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders will be dispatched within one business day from the release of the Email Confirmation. All orders are sent via Express Post and may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient. If the goods are unable to be signed for Australia Post will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. In 3 more days Australia Post will leave a second card asking you to collect the goods. After 7 days from the 2nd card the goods will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods your member account will be credited the full purchase price, and held in credit for future online purchases.
You will not receive a refund for these goods.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
At present, Condom Kingdom only delivers to areas within Australia. Should you wish to purchase for an overseas delivery please email us at service@condomkingdom.com.au. Please subscribe to condomkingdom.com.au and we will inform you of when international delivery will be available.

ORDER PROCESSING & AUTHORISATION
All Condom Kingdom orders will be processed within one business day, during normal working hours; 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday AEST.

Once you have made a purchase and your Credit Card has passed verification you will automatically receive an Email Confirmation which will include your Order Number, Purchase details, Shipment details, any of your special delivery instructions and the Total Order value, including applicable Freight charges. Please understand no COD's, CHEQUES or any other form of payment will be accepted other than outlined within this document.

All credit card charges will appear as Licensed Pty Ltd on your credit card statement.

MONEY ORDERS
If you are using a Money Order to purchase goods you are not required to use your actual name though we do require a first name or alias for shipping purposes. Once you have purchased a Money Order from Australia Post please send it to the address that we email Money Order customers. Once we recieve the Money Order we will dispatch the goods to the address you provide.

CHEQUES
If you are using a Cheque to purchase goods please be aware your goods will not be sent until all funds have cleared. This may take up to 7 days after your cheque arrives at our warehouse. We will send your goods upon receipt of payment.

RETURNS
Condom Kingdom offers a 14 day money back policy on all products.
Condom Kingdom hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online.
If you wish to return goods for a refund, then we ask that you follow the instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently. Condom Kingdom will only pay return shipping expenses for genuine product faults or incorrect deliveries.

The following constitutes the terms upon which we will accept and process returns. By ordering from us online you agree to these terms.

AUTHORISATION
All returns must first be authorised by Condom Kingdom before they can be accepted. To request authorisation, please email us at service@condomkingdom.com.au. Should we deem your return to be valid we will email you a Return Authorisation Number.

We will attend to your request as soon as possible, and you will receive our response by email. If we authorise the exchange or return, and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number, you must include this number on the Return Authorisation Form with the returned goods, otherwise they may be returned to you at your expense.

All returns must be received at our dispatch within 14 days of the date of original dispatch, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact us at service@condomkingdom.com.au

If the original goods are warranted for a return because they are not as described then we will pay for the delivery of the returned goods. Otherwise, your account will be charged for the delivery of the returned goods. All goods will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department to verify the reason for the return. If we deem that the reason is not genuine, then your account will be charged for the delivery costs of the exchanged goods.

COST AND RISK OF RETURNS 
In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely.  We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit.

TRANSFER OF PROPERTY IN THE GOODS
Property in the goods is passed to you as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse. Goods to be returned must be returned in their original condition. Goods must be returned with all tags and packaging included. Goods must be returned unused and undamaged, in sent condition and must include the original receipt.

TIME FOR PROCESSING
Returns will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the original goods at the point of dispatch. You will be notified by email once returns have been processed.

PRODUCT COLOURS
Individual colours may vary from those depicted on this website.

AUTHORITY TO CREDIT/CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT
By accepting the Return Authorisation you authorise us to charge your account in accordance with the outlined terms and conditions using the details provided by you in effecting the original transaction.

14 DAY WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

Due to the personal nature of the products and the wide variety of treatment we can only offer a 14 day warranty period, designed to give you peace of mind once you have received your product/s. After this date no responsibility will ne held by Condom Kingdom. Products are warranted against manufacturers faults, faulty workmanship or materials.
